Simple…if you are not happy with your stay, and you bring it to our attention then we will correct the issue or issues you have or we will refund you your money*.
» What to do if there is a Problem?
If you are not fully satisfied with the room or the service please go to the front desk and explain your issue. We promise that we will drop everything we are doing and start working on your issues immediately.

*This guarantee is limited to the cost of your hotel room (excluding optional extras). For example, if you pay EUR 100,00 for the room, the most we will compensate you is EUR 100,00. Please keep in mind we cannot fix a problem if we do not know about it.
